With the great weather we’ve had this summer you may be eating outside more and you’re not alone. It seems as if more families are doing just that…spending quality time at home. So what’s happening? We’re always looking for new ways to make our lifestyle more comfortable and one of those steps is cooking outdoors. One thing we have noticed is the advent of more outdoor cooking and grilling. It’s happening in large numbers now and outdoor kitchens are popping up everywhere. These areas range from a small grill and a table for food and drinks all the way to a full blown kitchen including a grill, refrigerator, sink, bar, seating, ovens, and even a fireplace. You name it, we’ve seen it and we design and build them too! It brings families and friends together and doing so outside in the comfort of your own yard. Perhaps the slow economy started the “Staycation” idea, but it’s catching on quickly and in a big way.
